FAQ
Questions worth answering before you book a call.
What's the difference between the free consultation and the audit?
The consultation is free. Thirty, forty-five minutes, no pitch deck, just a real conversation about what’s going on in your business. The audit is the paid first stage of an actual engagement: a working session where we map exactly where AI moves your growth and improves your operations, then hand you a concrete plan. Consultation tells you if it’s worth doing. Audit is the work itself.
Will this replace my team?
No. It’s built to make your existing team punch above its size, not replace it. The parts that go away are the repetitive parts of the job, not the people doing them. Someone still owns the relationship, the judgment calls, the final decision. AI just takes the stuff that was never a good use of anyone’s time to begin with.
We already tried ChatGPT and it didn't really change anything. Why would this be different?
Because a subscription isn’t a system. Most businesses that "tried AI" handed someone a login and hoped it stuck. That’s not on them, it’s just not how this works. We build the workflow around the tool so it runs without someone remembering to open a tab every morning. That’s the actual gap between adoption and transformation.
How long does an engagement take?
The audit is one working session, plus a few days to turn it into a roadmap. Implementation depends on scope. Some workflows go live in a couple of weeks. A full rebuild of your operations stack takes longer, and we'll tell you that upfront instead of promising a number we'd have to walk back later.
Do we need a technical team to work with you?
No. We do the build. The only real requirement on your side is being willing to change how the team works.
What size business do you work with?
Small and medium businesses past the "figuring out product-market fit" stage, into the "we’re too busy to figure this out ourselves" stage. Team of one to fifty, usually. If you’re already spending time or money on AI tools without a real shift in output, you’re probably at the right stage.
Do you build custom software, or use existing tools?
Mostly the latter, wired together properly. You’re already paying for tools that touch your everyday work, most of the value is in the wiring, not in building something from scratch. If your situation actually needs custom development, we’ll say so. Most don’t.
What if it doesn’t work?
Then we tell you it didn’t work. We’re not going to keep billing you for a roadmap that isn’t moving the numbers. If something doesn’t hold up in practice, we say so, and we fix it or we drop it. We don’t keep something running just because it’s already on the invoice.
