We're not a software company. We're not an AI tool vendor either. We're operators, people who've spent more than a decade actually running businesses: growing brands, leading teams, owning the P&L, across India and international markets.
Two years ago we started embedding AI into our own businesses. Not as an experiment, as a requirement, because doing it the old way had stopped being competitive. We redesigned workflows, automated the repetitive parts, and built systems that actually changed our numbers, not just our to-do list.
Everything we recommend to a client, we've already run on ourselves first. We don't sell theory, and we don't pitch a framework we haven't tested. If something didn't work when we tried it, we don't mention it. Simple as that.
How we're different
Most AI consultancies hand you a slide deck and a roadmap, then leave. We stay through implementation. A roadmap nobody executes is worth nothing, and we've seen enough of those to know it. If it isn't running without us in the room, we're not done.
Now we're bringing that same execution to established SMBs who don't have the time to figure this out from scratch while also running their business.
